2. Services Provided
Mondo Rent Ibiza offers vehicle rentals in Ibiza. The specific terms for each rental are outlined in the contract signed at the time of vehicle pickup.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings can be made online or directly at our office.
• Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other methods accepted at the time of booking.
• Changes or cancellations can be requested according to our refund policy.

4. Rental Requirements

• The driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• A security deposit may be required at the time of vehicle pickup.

5. Customer Responsibility

• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was rented.
• The customer is responsible for any damages not covered by the insurance provided.

6. Insurance
All vehicles are covered by basic insurance. Additional coverage options are available and recommended.

7. Usage Limitations

• Driving outside of the island of Ibiza is prohibited without written authorization.
• The vehicle cannot be used for competitions, transportation of illegal goods, or driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be fully refunded.
• Late cancellations may incur a penalty.

9. Data Protection
Personal data collected will be used solely for booking management and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Mondo Rent Ibiza reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
